7. "Success" notification must appear.
8. Restart the phone.

Hello.

Please connect the phone directly to PC and repeat "Read Codes" operation. Try to perform "Read Codes" operations on different COM ports.

Re-flash the phone and repeat "Read Codes" operation. Try to perform operation on different COM ports.

Post here full Software log of "Write Firmware" and "Read Codes" operations, which You tried to perform on different COM ports, after "Write Firmware" operation.

To connect SHV-E110S phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Go to dial window.
2. Enter "319712358" number.
3. Enter "774632" password.
4. Go to System->SIO mode.
5. Select "Modem" radio button for USB section.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#7284#" number.
8. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
9. Restart phone.
10. Connect the phone directly to PC.
11. Press "Read Info" in software.

If You are not able to enter "Diag Config" menu (*#7284#) - try to use Samsung C3300k/C3303k micro UART cable with 523-525kOm resistor for connection.

Try to make Repair NVM and then Read Codes again. Post here the result. Which the code exactly request your phone, 4-digits or 8-digits?
