If this will not help, try to do the next: 1. Fully charge phone's battery. 2. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition. 3. Make Wipe Security several times and check, whether IMEI becomes "Unknown". Also try to re-flash the phone and make Wipe Security. 4. When IMEI becomes "Unknown", Write Certificate. 5. Write QCN. 6. Post here the result. Try to write different Certificates, maybe the one You have written, is in black list of your network operator. |
