To connect SM-N900V phone you have to perform the
following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer
options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "##366633#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "[1]DM/DUM over HS-USB" value.

Try to re-flash the phone, make Repair 3G/4G and Repair NVM, then insert SIM card, wait 5-7 minutes and try to find and select network manually.

Disconnect the phone from PC and perform all the steps required for connection. Then do exactly the next:
1. Write security backup that was created during "Repair IMEI" operation back into the phone ("Security-SM-N900V-357507050073090-22-09-2014_18-50-38-.asec");
2. Re-flash the phone;
3. Make "Repair IMEI";
4. Make "Repair 3G/4G";
5. Make "Repair NVM".

After this steps insert SIM card, wait 5-7 minutes and try to find and select network manually.

Then do exactly the next: 1. Write security backup that was created during "Repair IMEI" operation back into the phone ("Security-SM-N900V-357507050073090-22-09-2014_18-50-38-.asec"); 2. Re-flash the phone; 3. Make "Repair IMEI"; 4. Make "Repair 3G/4G"; 5. Make "Repair NVM". After this steps insert SIM card, wait 5-7 minutes and try to find and select network manually.
