Hello.

As You can see from Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:

HW Modem: unknown

This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares one by one and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform "Repair EFS" and "Write Cert"/"Repair IMEI" operations. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

WHEN I REPAIR EFS PHONE BASEBAND BECAME OK BUT WHEN TRYING REPAIR SECURITY THEN IMEI NULL
SECURITY REPAIR POSSIBLE (Security patch level: 2017-02-01) ??
I WILL TRY WITH ANOTHER FIRMWARE TOO

Your phone has firmware with new type of Security. If You want to write a Cert file - You need to write older by release date firmware, or its modem first. "Repair Security" is not needed to write a Cert file.
You can try to use standard "Repair IMEI" operation without downgrading of firmware/modem.

Combination firmwares, which we have at the moment, are available in "Samsung/Combination" folder of the Support Area.
To access Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software. Also You can use Files Downloader on "Support & options" tab of the Software to browse, search and download files from the Support Area.
