Hello.

Note! For some devices with the latest security patch version, you will need to write ENG modem in order to complete Read Codes and Repair Network operations!

to flash ENG modem it asks ROOT !!

and i couldn't root this phone with any ways !!!

i just downgrade the Security patch level to : 2019/06/01

and flash the ENG modem .. but the same problem !
