What root have You used for rooting the device? Please root the device using Cfroot and then repeat "Repair IMEI" and "Repair Network" operations. Post here the result.

root with EFT Dongle successfully, because I did not find Cfroot for A320Y
Cfroot only for SM-A320F and SM-A320FL
works for A320Y?
