plz help...share a500h cert file and tell rooting metod

Hello.

Phones on Android 5.x are not responding on Software CMDs, hence IMEI is displayed as Unknown. Check phone's IMEI by *#06# command.

Unfortunately we don't have Cert files for SM-A500H at the moment. When we manage to obtain Certificates for this model - files will be available in the Support Area.

You can try to root the phone with latest versions of IRoot and Kingo Root tools.

only sm-a500f in support is it the same
