Hello.

Removal of FRP lock requires writing of "boot.img" partition of combination firmware. "boot.img" from Combination firmwares can be not compatible with current phone's firmware. In such case phone will stuck on logo, or will be rebooting after writing of such boot. In this case to restore the phone to it's initial condition You need to reflash it with different full stock (original) firmwares (or try to write only boot of such firmwares).

To remove FRP lock You should try to manually write "boot.img" of different Combination firmwares and when You manage to find the one, that fits current firmware of the phone - perform "Reset FRP" operation. Press "No" when Software will ask You whether to write "boot.img" during the operation.

Here are two methods, of how to reset FPR using Combination firmware on phones with latest firmwares:
I.
  1. Write "boot.img" partition from appropriate Combination firmware via "Advanced mode" option (select Combination firmware, un-check partitions except "boot.img").
  2. Perform "Reset FRP" operation in Software.

II.
  1. Write Full Combination Firmware.
  2. Go to "Developer Options" in phone Settings.
  3. Check "Enable OEM unlock" option.
  4. Make Factory Data Reset.
  5. Reflash the phone with full stock (orignal) firmware.
Note: "boot.img" from Combination firmwares can be not compatible with current phone's firmware. In such case phone will stuck on logo, or will be rebooting after writing of such boot. In this case to restore the phone to it's initial condition You need to reflash it with different full stock (original) firmwares (or try to write only boot of such firmwares).
You can write "boot.img", Combination firmware or to downgrade phone's firmware version only on your own risk!

"Reset FRP" operation requires enabled ADB on phone. To enable ADB You need to write "boot.img" of Combination firmware.

Phone can stuck on logo if "boot.img" of Combination firmware will be not compatible with current firmware of the phone. In such case You'll need to reflash the phone with an original firmware. After writing of an original firmware problem will be fixed and You will be able to try to use another Combination firmware.

@Dr.BL@CKDeaTH

This error was already fixed in latest test Software version. Please download and install it from the Support Area ("Samsung/TEST SOFTWARE/" folder) and then repeat "Write Firmware" operation again.

Unfortunately SM-J510FD is not supported via JTAG at the moment.
