Please try do "Factory data reset". if this will not help, try to re-flash the phone. Write here the result.

Phone can’t go to download mode nor recovery mode

Unfortunately, we have no meet such issue and have no researched such problem, so at the moment we can't suggest You exactly on how to solve it.

for 10 seconds
device must reboot
then press vol down + home + power button
go download mode
re flash phone with stock firmware

Samsung A510F showing JTAG LOCK is not set on top left side with red writing..
phone isn't going into download or recovery mode.. Is there any solution?

it's not working, tried this solution, phone isn't going into download or recovery mode..
