SM-A8000 no service question


I hve samsung a8000 5.1.1 dul sim but no service ,iflashed 2 firmware but problem still remains.anyone have the solution please guide me...

first check baseband of phone
make read info by octopus

then check imei cert condition

and when u put sim card device ask for unlock code etc
