There can be a few reasonsns of the problem - phone's security is damaged or phone has unsupported security type. Please upload "Security-SM-B350E_27-02-2016_13-00-00-.nv" backup to any file-sharing service and post here download link. We will check what causes the problem. |

You can make a backup via "Read Security" operation. 2. *.log and *.logx files of performed operations. Files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder. Post here download link for these 3 files and we will check what causes the problem. |
