SM-G313HU IMEI REPAIR PROBLEM PLEASE HELP..

Make Factory data reset, wipe cache partition and write another firmware, most likely, root file, that You have written is not suitable to your phone's firmware.

To connect SM-G313HU phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
Selected firmware file: G313HUDDU0ANH2_ROOT.oct
Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.
To put SM-G313HU into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
Found phone on
Firmware write started.
Writing KERNEL section...
KERNEL section has been written successfully.
Firmware writing successfully completed.

WRITE ANOTHER FIRMWARE THEN WRITE ROOT FILE THEN ONLY SAMSUNG LOGO....HELP ME OCTOPUS TEAM....

As I have written above, most likely, root file, that You have written is not suitable to your phone's firmware. Unfortunately, currently we have no another rooting Software/exploit for this device.

Try to write this root file again, then make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition and try to power the phone on, maybe, this will help. If this will not help - try to find another root.

Try to write IMEI Certificates for SM-G313HZ/ML from the Support Area and post here the result, whether IMEI was changed.

Also please say, how You have rooted your phone exactly.

Do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
3. Take out SIM and SD cards from the device.
4. Run the Software.
5. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition.
6. Root the phone.
7. Make Repair IMEI.
8. Close the Software.
9. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here the links, we will research, where can be the problem with your device.

Also, write here, how You have rooted your phone exactly.
