Cool SM-G386T Galaxy Avant unlock solution here!

Unlock using octopus new released direct unlock then flash metropcs modem found here: https://mega.co.nz/#!iNUhSAza!pwVQIl...SuEtVn4Nf9nOgc

No need to flash entire metropcs firmware. Phone will be unlocked even with tmobile firmware.

Credits goes to user "F_X" for giving me the idea.

The information you've given is very helpful, but you didn't mention how to install the modem flash onto the phone.

I've tried it but it always fail. I can only choose cp because the other options only uses .tar files. Can you post detailed instructions for dummies like me?

Try to re-flash with the firmwares from the Support Area, folder "Samsung/FOR UNLOCK AND REPAIR/SM-G386T/" and then repeat the Unlock operation again.

Flashed with support area file, using octopus Samsung software.
Flashed went well.
After reboot , there is this message on screen.

Is there some missing step to finally unlock this model?

Re-flash the phone with MetroPCS firmware from "Samsung/FOR UNLOCK AND REPAIR/SM-G386T/" folder in the Support Area and then perform "Unlock" operation again.

Post here full Software log of performed operations.
