Unfortunately we don't have Combination firmware of SM-G600F at the moment. You can try to use Combination firmware of SM-G600FY, which is available in the Support Area.

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.

6. Go to dial window.

According to Software log FRP lock was removed on first attempt:

Why did You decide to write different Combination firmware? Problem with writing can occur if Combination firmware is not compatible with current phone firmware.

1. Write "boot.img" partition of "combination_g600fy_g600fyxxu1apf1_boot.oct" firmware.
2. Perform "Reset FRP" operation.
3. Wait 3-4 min then goto "Backup and reset" and make "Factory data reset", after "Reset FRP" operation ends.

Please reflash the phone with an original firmware, then try to write "boot.img" partition of "combination_g600fy_g600fyxxu1apf1_boot.oct" firmware again.

Most likely Combination firmware is not compatible with current firmware of the phone. You should try to find and use another Combination firmware.
