*.log and *.logx files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.

After flash TWRP and twrp recovery mode touch not working what is the problem mates

You can try to use OTG cable with USB mouse (computer mouse), as was suggested here by mr.aashir. When You'll finish processing the phone - reflsah it and this should fix touch issues.
