Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\". 4. Run the Software. 5. Take out SIM and SD cards from the phone. 6. Make Unlock again. 7. Close the Software. 8. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" together with new Security backup file and post here the link, we will research, where can be the problem with your device. |

Member: 1146942 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 27,411 | Try to do the next: 1. Make a backup of phone's Cert file (perform "Read Cert" operation). 2. Try to write Cert file from the Support Area. 3. Try to find and select Network manually. Post here result and full Software log of performed operations. |
