Also, You can try to do the next: 1. Check whether "Enable cp logging" option available in Recovery Mode and activate it. If option is not available - reflash the phone with Android 5.0 firmware from the Support Area. 2. Wipe phone's Security as it is described in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DtPT2MmNhg 3. Perform "Write Cert" operation. |

Member: 2371548 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 27 | Has octopus team figured out how to write cert via USB on 5.0 phones yet since now we can enable dm mode? Every 5.0 phone I try to write cert to via USB it just reads some of the phones info and just stops working. |

Member: 2371548 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 27 | After you root the phone with cf auto you just flash the 5.0 recovery back then enable dm mode. so now its still on 5.0 rooted and dm mode enabled. the problem is not root or dm mode. the problem is writing the cert via usb. |

Member: 2371548 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 27 | Do you think it has to do something with the AT. Because there is no issue wiping the efs with octopus just a problem writing cert. And I know octopus is wiping the efs correctly because i can write the cert via UART with no issues after wiping efs with octopus. And thanks for cleaning up the garbage. |
