Install the latest Software version (Software). 3. Take out SIM and SD cards from the device. 4. Run the Software. 5. Re-flash the phone with another firmware. 6. Make Wipe Security. 7. Make Write Cert again. 8. Close the Software. 9. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here the links, we will research, where can be the problem with your device. |
