Try to do the next: 1. Fully charge phone's battery. 2. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition. 3. Root the phone and make Wipe Security several times and check, whether IMEI becomes "Unknown". Also try to re-flash the phone with different firmwares and make Wipe Security. 4.
