Hello.

Mr. Maurioski is right.
As You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:
Quote:
SW version: Unknown
This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should reflash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). It is not possible to repair IMEI (Write Cert), if phone's modem part is damaged.

If after of writing all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip).

It has been posted at least a dozen times on this forum that there is no need to wipe efs on Verizon phones. They come factory unlocked and do not have an MSL code. So there is no reason to wipe the efs to wipe the MSL. All you do with verizon phones is write cert via UART and match MEID with new IMEI. That simple. Takes a minute and no root required.

Hello.

You can "Write Cert" via USB cable, but not at all phone models which are available in Software this option is available.
