Trying to unlock using CERT file.. but cannot make RESET MSL.. Tried to write CERt write FAILS..

Hello.

In latest firmwares for Qualcomm-based phones ability to Unlock and Reset MSL was disabled by Samsung.
If You cannot Unlock or Reset MSL of a Qualcomm phones you need to check release date of phone firmware.
If firmware was released after 01.10.2015 - You can try to downgrade phone firmware (write older, by release date, firmware).
