SM-g920T back to me still locked after i unlocked phone before 6 months with Octoplus
now it wan,.t to unlock again
in phone menu it appears an SECURITY ERROR

This phone has beeb flashed with unauthorized software & and is locked .
call your mobile operator for additional support.
please not that repair return for the issue may have additional cost

any help what to do

i flash the phone with flashes from support
phone flashed ok but still i find this security error in display
i make wipe and erase from buttons still i find this error
what to do

octoplus team can i have any help for my problem

Hello.

Please reflash the phone, root it, then check whether phone powers on correctly.

Damaged IMEI can be repaired via "Write Cert" operation. If phone will remain locked after You'll fix the IMEI (won't be able make/receive calls) - perform "Unlock" operation with the latest Software version.
Post here result and full Software log of performed operations.

i change many softwares from support 5.1.1
and phone rooted but security error problem repeated
i think problem is the imei
how can i repair imei 357746618xxxxxx
now when i dial *#06# imei is 3500000000006/15 that is not normal

Please post here a screenshot, or a photo of phone's screen, which indicates the problem.

Currently IMEI of SM-G920T can be repaired only via "Write Cert" operation. You can restore phone's original IMEI by writing of a first Security backup back into the phone.
