Such error means that downgrading is not possible for current firmware of the phone. If phone requests unlock code - You can use Factory Unlock service. Otherwise, unfortunately, no solution at the moment.

If phone requests unlock code - You can use Factory Unlock service. Otherwise, unfortunately, no solution at the moment.
