SM-G928F - Reset FRP & Google Account [Solved] - GSM-Forum

Hello guys,
I have a Samsung SM-G928F set with the mail address of the owner who can not remember. I did the usual procedure with my octopus Box, 100% success, but when you reboot your smartphone asks me the account again. I also tried the procedure OTG (already succeeded at other times) but will not start the autoplay with the file manager to start the bypass.apk. From what I could guess I'll have to do the downgrade of Android and I have some questions:
1) void the warranty?
2) what is the Android version that works with both methods? thanks

Hello.

Problem with reset of FRP lock can occur if phone has latest firmware. Samsung disabled ability to remove FRP lock in latest firmwares.

Try to write "SBOOT_G928F_OJ5" file into the phone as firmware, then repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation. File is available in the Support Area, in the folder with firmwares for this model.
