Welcome to Octoplus Box Samsung software version 2.7.0

To connect SM-G935P phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

Hello.

At first try to do Hard/Factory Reset and then repeat "Read Codes" operation. If this will not help, re-flash the device with another firmware (or modem) and perform "Read Codes" operation. Post here the result.

same problem, i try reflash, downgrade modem, unlock 9 phones and 3 have this problem, need any solution. thanks.

Can You sell us one of these devices? We need one to research the problem.

Now, if You want to unlock these devices by another method, You can unlock them via Octoplus Samsung Factory Reset FRP / Reactivation Service, but the operation requires 220 Octoplus Server Credits.
