Hello.

In the latest firmware versions Samsung close security hole and You can't perform Direct Unlock or Write Cert on new version of firmwares. You can try to downgrade phone's firmware (write older, by release date, version of firmware) but on your own risk, after repeat Unlock or Write Cert operations.

without BL file i can flash, after downgrade 6.0.1 unknown BB problem.

can you suggest me for this phone any sweet able firmware.

hello, try to flash only the modem partition of the same firmware that you have installed in the phone by unpacking the firmware in 4 parts, see if the modem is correct and not unknown, if it is not successful try to use other firmware 6.0. 1 changing the country of origin of the firmware and see if the modem partition of the phone is correct, if it does not succeed you have to flash the version of android 7
