hi guys. can you please help me with read codes on my S9+ SM-G965U. it says codes not found. Read codes Failed. I have done already dialing *#0808# and choosen DM+MODEM+ADB. but still the same. please help me. thanks

Please download and install latest test software version 2.8.6.5 from the Support Area (Samsung/TEST SOFTWARE/), then repeat the Read codes operation once again.

i tried the new testing version 2.8.6.5... operation states: Read codes-with root... so i have to root my device and it will void my samsung warranty? is there another way where i can unlock this phone without rooting? how about factory unlock? is this model supported? do i still have to root?

Are You sure that your device request for Unlock codes? What kind of operator your device is locked to?
