SM-J100h Strange Problem [Solved]

I have 2 pieces of SM-J100h in hand. The problem is, when I do not insert sim and Power on the set, there is no problem. But when I insert sim and Power on the set, baseband becomes unknown. I have tried flashing sammobile and wiping data. but still problem remains same. Also I have tried writing security and efs available on octopus support but also problem remains same. Can anyone help me???

Try to make Factory data reset, wipe cache partition and re-flash the phone with other firmwares. After writing each firmware, check, wheter the problem is still exists. If after writing all firmwares, the problem is the same, this can be HW issue.
