Hello.

Please, install the latest Software version, then repeat Unlock and Read Codes operations again. If problem still remain, send us latest "*.log" and "*.logx: files from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder, we will research, where can be the problem with your phone.
