SM-J610FD 3G/4G probelm [Answered]


it is working when on 2g network as swaping to 3g/4g not connecting call or intrnet any advice

At first try to do Factory data reset/re-flash the device. Also try to use different SIM cards.

flashed / factory reset did still not working on 3g/lte working only on 2g any thing next can b done ?

If You have QCN backup from the same devcie with working 3G/4G, You can try to write it into your device. Unfortunately, at the moment, we don't have QCN for this device model.

Yes, You can read out and write QCN without doubts. Just read QCN backup from your device before.

What option You have selected in "*#0808#" menu? And which COM ports or devices has been appeared in Windows Device Managers after this? Have You tried to reboot the device after selecting option?

read information / adb etc works fine mate just not working when trying to read qcn.
