Baseband unknown mean there is some issue in baseband ic so it can fix by software and hardware also but first you should try from software please download 4 files repair firmware and flash with AP BL CP CSC i hope your problem will fix 100% if it didn't work then your phone is in Hardware problem need to change ic or board thanks and tell us your report again, Best Regrads.
