Selected port: COM1
Selected model: SM-J700F
To put SM-J700F into Download Mode, You have to perform the
following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
Searching for a phone. Please wait...
Phone found.
Initializing..
Resetting FRP lock..
Operation was failed!
Performed by 2.2.4 software version

any another solution after flash same cant unlock

Hello.

Problem with reset of FRP lock can occur if phone has latest firmware. Samsung disabled ability to remove FRP lock in latest firmwares.

You can try to reflash the phone with older (by release date) firmware, then try to make "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" again. Currently no other solution.
