SM-J700F 2G network not working [Answered]


hello octopus,
m-j700f 2g network not working.3g network ok.
1-i flash J700FXXU4BQI2_J700FODD4BQI2_J700FXXU4BQI2_HOME.tar .md5
2.root and write new cert file.
now emergency call only.no network 2g,3g ,4g bands are not work

To connect SM-J700F phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

Hello.

"IMEI Status: NG" means, that there is a problem with device IMEI Cert. Try to find and write another correct IMEI Cert.

i write new cert file.now i can make call but only in "3g only" mode.i select "2g only" option in network mode, phone say no service. here log

If IMEI status is OK, and the problem with network is still the same, currently we don't have another solution for this device. Try to write another firmware. Also this can be HW issue.
