SM-J700T Wipe EFS. Write Cert Exploit Fail

I have Samsung SJ700-T And I have rooted phone.
The Efs says it has wiped, but the IMEI remains.
It's been while since I've done Exynos phone, but if I could
get some help, would be great. Cert file won't write.

Hello.

Wiping of Security is not need to write a Cert file for Exynos-based devices. Please do the next:
1. Write "Security-SM-J700T-Unknown06-04-2017_01-37-20-.asec" Security backup back into the phone.
2. Remove SIM card from the phone.
3. Repeat "Write Cert" operation.
