Hello.

Please read attentively Software manual ("Help" button in Software):

To perform new reset FRP operation, do the following steps:
1. Select the abovementioned device model in Software's list.
2. Press “Reset FRP / Reactivation” button.
3. Select first Reset FRP / Reactivation lock method (press “Via UART (EMMC memory chip)” button).
4. Connect the phone to Box via Samsung Micro UART cable.
5. Press and hold "Vol-" and "Power" buttons for 15-20 seconds and wait until software requests to connect Micro USB cable.
6. Connect the phone to PC via Micro USB cable. Software will read certain data.
7. Connect the phone to Box again via Samsung Micro UART cable according to Software request.
8. Press and hold "Vol-" and "Power" buttons for 15-20 seconds.
9. Follow software instructions (prompts).
