please i need help to complete sm-j510fn factory unlock. i have 160 credits.

Hello.

You need to select UART interface in Software, connect the phone via Samsung C3300k/C3303k micro UART cable with 525-530kOm resistor and repeat then "Factory Unlock" operation.
