Hello.

Please, download and install the latest Software version and then repeat the "Unlock" operation again. If the problem will still remain, You try to write modem (only modem part) from proper Combination firmware, after perfrom the "Unlock" operation. Post here the result.

I had same problem at first, then flashed the modem and it worked on 2 phones, now it says modem flashing failed, please select file with pit and wont flash just the modem anymore

Try to write another firmware. Try to find proper PIT file and write firmware with PIT.
