Hello.

In the latest firmware versions Samsung close security hole and You can't perform Direct Unlock or Write Cert on new version of firmwares. You can try to downgrade phone's firmware (write older, by release date, version of firmware) but on your own risk, after repeat Unlock or Write Cert operations.

Then, if KNOX is not damaged in your device, You can do "Read Codes" operation via server (need 58 credits).

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown).
If after of writing all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip).

If after writing firmware or modem file phone's IMEI disappears, this means, that modem firmware is not compatible for your device revision. In this case You should try to write other firmwares.
