Do the next:

1. Close the Software.
2. Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
3. Install the latest Software version (Software).
4. Run the Software.
5. Take out SIM and SD cards from the phone.
6. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition.
7. Root the phone.
8. Perform the Unlock operation again.
9. Close the Software.
10. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here the link, we will research, where can be the problem with your device.
