I am trying to repaire SM-n900 fault imei=null ,baseband=unknown

To connect SM-N900 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

but i am unable to detect the handset with uart cable the cable is working and in good condition .Some thing i am doing wrong can any one guide me i also try to cover batter terminal mentioned in manual but same

Hello.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown).
If after of writing all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip).
