To connect the device, do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version (Octopus Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual).
2. Install the drivers: http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/...ile_Phones.exe.
3. Re-start the PC.
4. Re-start the phone.
5. Disconnect the USB cable from the phone.
6. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
7. Tap on "Builds numbers" 7 times to enable developer options.
8. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
9. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
10. Connect the cable and perform necessary operation.

Try to type "*#0808#" and select "MTP+ADB" option. Then try to connect the device again.

If in your device IMEI was damaged or changed, then after of unlocking, network will be not enabled (not active). In this case, You should make Repair Network oreration. After repair Network, IMEI will be set to "00000000000000". Please look here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/9814190-post37.html:

Note!
SM-N900*. Please, be careful! After Repair Network operation, IMEI will be set to "00000000000000".
If IMEI was not changed/repaired (security was not changed/damaged), there shouldn't be any problems with network after of unlocking, You just need to insert SIM card, wait 3-5 minutes and network will appears.

No, After Repair Network operation, IMEI will be set to "00000000000000", not to 004999------------.

Also post here full Software log with all of your actions.
