Try to use another rooting Software/exploit. Try to use TowelRoot, try to use the latest versions of VRoot and Kingo Root Softwares.

Open TowelRoot.com in phone's browser, download and install TowelRoot app and run it.

Try to re-flash the phone with the latest 4.4.2 firmware from the Support Area or try to make Factory data reset and then repeat the operation once again.
