Hello.

Yes, Repair IMEI is currently not supported for this device model. But, as You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged in your device.

This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares (with Android 4.4.2 or higher) and check, whether modem (baseband) is correct (SW version is not Unknown). When phone's modem part will be correct, check IMEI and write here, whether IMEI became correct.

Ok, i got my OCTOBUS BOX and i try to gsm unlock N900P . The phone is updated to 4.4.4 version . I did some changes in service mode to switch to phone on GSM mode including downgrade the modem and SSC for the simcard. Also i install N900T rom . The phone is still searching for network
Do i need to upgrade the Modem ???

So far i got this : i attach some screen shots

yes you need a active gsm sim card !

and yes you need to downgrade the modem if your trying to use in the usa . and will need to be in 4.4.2 to downgrade the modem

i got something weird . when wi-fi is on the phone lock on the t-mobile signal .if wifi is off the tmobile signal drop off also.

Any ideea ?
