As I see from this Software log, EFS was damaged in the phone, that's why IMEI value was default:

Old IMEI: 004400-15-202000-0

You need to make Repair EFS. Unfortunately, Repair EFS is currently not supported for this device. We will try to add Repair EFS for this phone model in one of the future Software updates.

Yes, You can write EFS backup from another same device. But the problem can be not only with EFS, but with Security also. Security is HW depended, so, writing Security backup from another device You can damage your device.

If You will have the same device in hands with correct EFS and with active network, contact us, we will read EFS from this device and prepare test Software version for You to make Repair EFS in your device with disabled network.
