Please, make sure that You perform all steps, which are described in Software manual.

Try to use another UART cable with 525k resistor, it's important.

Pull out battery and cover ground point, insert it back, power on phone again and try once more.
Try *#0808# and choose dm+modem+adb.

After Write CERT With Old Version Signal Only Comes For 10 Seconds Then Emergency Calls Only So Installed Latest Version Now Facing This Problem.

If network appears and work 10 seconds, try to write another IMEI Cert, this one can be in black list of your network provider/operator. Also this can be HW issue.

As I see from your Software logs, there are different firmwares in your device when You try to write Cert with 2.6.1 and 2.6.3 Software versions.

Post here logs with "Write Cert" operations using 2.6.1 and 2.6.3 Software versions with the same phone's firmware.
