Hello.

Please remove SIM card from the phone and repeat "Write Cert" operation.
If problem will remain - make Factory Reset, reflash the phone, try to write a Cert file again.

Post here the result.

Please upload *.log and *.logx files of performed operations to any file-sharing service and send us download link in private message.
*.log and *.logx files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.
