why in ur new update cant reset frp not5 n920c is not a new model

Hello.

Problem with reset of FRP lock can occur if phone has latest firmware. Samsung disabled ability to remove FRP lock in latest firmwares.

Try to write "SBOOT_N920C_OJ5" Sboot file from the Support Area as a firmware, then repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.

You can download necessary files via "Files Downloader" on "Support & options" tab of the Software:
1. Press "Files Downloader" button in Software.
2. Input "SBOOT_N920C_OJ5" into "Find" field, press "Search" button.
3. Double-click the file, to start a download.

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
Selected firmware file: SBOOT_N920C_OJ5.oct
Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.
To put SM-N920C into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
Found phone on
