Octopus team,

Sm-N920s, google account problem..

Successful when reset FRP but handset stucked... it doesnt reboot
upon finishing reset..

To connect SM-N920S phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

Hello.

Problem with removal of FRP lock can be caused by new type of Security. You can try to downgrade version of phone's sboot, then repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.

can i flash handset with same version? 5.1.1

tried with flashing ( 5.1.1 )

but same result in resetting FRP..

need guide on how to downgrade sboot?

Try to reflash the phone with "N920SKSU1AOH4_N920SSKC1AOH4_SKC_Android_5.1.1 " firmware from the Support Area, then repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.
Post here result and full Software log of performed operations.

If You have SM-N920S phone - writing of "N920SKSU1AOH4_N920SSKC1AOH4_SKC_Android_5.1.1 " should not cause problems.

Problem with reset of FRP lock can occur if phone has latest firmware. Samsung disabled ability to remove FRP lock in latest firmwares.

Try to reflash the phone with older (by release date) firmware, then repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.
