i have SM-T705 and i need cert file for octupus box.
any one have it? Can anyone give it please.

Hello.

Currently we don't have cert files for SM-T705. However, You can read certificate from correctly working SM-T705 via "Read Cert" button and use it.

If i have other T705 same model then if i do read cert then i can write same cert on my tab which not works, it will work then?

This depends on the problem with your device. What is the problem with your device exactly?

On my tab the imei is NULL.

What about phone's baseband? Please read out phone's info via ADB (turn on USB Debugging Mode in the phone and press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in the Softwrae) and post here full Software log with this info.

i flashed my tab with new firm.. and now imei is not null but the problem is no network now.

Try to find and write IMEI Certificate from another SM-T705 and write it into your device, maybe, IMEI in your device is in the black list of your network operator. Also, try to make "Unlock", maybe, your device is locked.

All Certificates files, which we have, are present in the Support Area (press "Go to Support" button at "Support & Options" tab in the Software) in the folder "Samsung/FOR UNLOCK ANDREPAIR/Certificates/".
