Software wont run. - GSM-Forum

After the installation of the latest software and run it, it updates the firmware of my box. Now, I could not run the samsung application and suite application also, but the LG works. any help would be much appreciated. THX

I have uninstall and reinstall the software, reboot the computer for 3-4 times already. have also check on a different usb port.

I did download the software on that site for the 3rd times and still not working.

Octoplus Logo would flash and then software would close.
